Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $55.
For orders under $55, shipping fees are calculated based on total weight at checkout:

0–5 lb: $7.99

Over 5 lb: $19.99

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery & Liability

All orders are shipped using third-party delivery services. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control. Mori Desk is not responsible for shipping delays or any additional costs once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Responsibility for the package passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider. We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit unless it results from an error on our part.
